Shipping Policy

We ship from supplier warehouses in the EU, US, and (for some products) Asia, with full tracking on every order.

Delivery times

United Kingdom 5–12 business days
EU 7–14 business days
US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand 10–18 business days
Rest of world 12–21 business days

These are working days from the moment we forward your order to the supplier. We forward orders within 24 hours of receipt (often sooner — orders placed before 4pm UK weekdays usually go out the same day).

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout based on your address and the supplier's rates. UK customers see Royal Mail / DHL / USPS options depending on the product origin. Most UK orders fall in the £3.99 – £14.99 range. Free delivery thresholds (if any) are shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships from the supplier — usually within 1-3 business days of placing your order. If a parcel goes silent for more than 5 days mid-route, this is almost always a customs hold and resolves itself within a week.

Customs and duties (international)

UK orders: no customs charges, no surprises.

For EU and rest-of-world orders, customs duties may apply depending on the destination. These are charged by the destination country's customs authority, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility. They're typically 5-20% of the order value plus a small handling fee.

What to do if your order is late

If you don't have tracking 5 business days after placing your order, email hello@cozycore.uk. If your tracked parcel hasn't moved in over 7 days mid-route, also email us. We'll chase the supplier on your behalf.

If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Lost parcels

In the rare event a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund in full — your choice. Tracked parcels almost never go truly lost; almost all "lost" parcels turn up within 14 days of the last scan.

Wrong address

If you supplied the wrong address, email us as soon as possible. We can update it free if the order hasn't dispatched. After dispatch, we may need to charge a re-delivery fee depending on the supplier's policy.
