Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at CozyCore. We want you to love what you buy from us — and if for any reason you don't, here's how returns work.

Your statutory right (UK)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to tell us you'd like to cancel and return it for any reason — no explanation needed. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Once we receive it, we'll refund the full purchase price (including original standard shipping) within 14 days.

How to start a return

Email hello@cozycore.uk with your order number (it starts with #) and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and any instructions.

You don't need a reason. "I changed my mind" is fine.

Condition

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, with original packaging where applicable, and with tags attached if the item came with tags. We can't accept items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Who pays return shipping

You cover return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service — until the item reaches us, it's your responsibility.

Refund timing

Once we receive the item and check it, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take a further 5-10 days to make the funds visible. If it's been over 14 days since we confirmed the refund and you haven't seen it, email us.

Exceptions

  • Made-to-order items (none of our current catalogue, but flagging for the future): not refundable unless faulty.
  • Sale items: refundable at the price you paid.
  • Hygiene/intimate items: not currently in our catalogue.

Faulty or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered: email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund (your choice), and we'll cover the return shipping. Replacements ship within 1 business day of confirmation.

Late deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived 30 days after dispatch, email us. We'll either re-send the order or refund you in full — your choice.
